Combat Leadership

This is a function good for pushing people to that last exp point needed for ranking up. Does not work on vehicles.

It's good to use this officer command on "support units" like a Signaler, Officer or Medic, who would otherwise take ages to rank up. It is also useful for a Frenchie, when trying to accomplish the Legion d'Honneur medal. This is also good when units are hogging exp. eg 100exp Spec Ops.
